Greenhorn's post got me wondering:
If your dolls wear glasses, are they nearsighted or farsighted?

BOTH! Mine wear no-line bifocals like me. (well like I am supposed to) They look just like normal glasses but let them see both close up and far away..

Well, Miss Molly is both. She can barely tap dance without her glass. I was giving Amanda a hard time b/c her Molly wasn't wearing her glasses. She said she wasn't sure where they were. I said, "Go find them! She can't SEE!!!" A few minutes later, Amanda came back with two pairs of glasses.
Lindsey used to wear glasses. She had astigmatism like me, but she hasn't needed her glasses ever since her surgery at the AG Hospital (head replacement).

Isabel's eyes individually have good vision, but sadly they do not focus together. She works on focusing by moving a bead along a rope farther and closer.

Maura's eyes are just like mine! She's my mini me, so her pretty hazel eyes aren't perfect. She has astigmatism, too, and she's a little nearsighted. I'm guessing Molly and Kit have the same. Some of the girls who don't wear glasses, ie Samantha, Marisol, Lindsey, and sometimes Nellie, might need eye appointments sometime in the future. LoL...but they look cute in glasses...
